Founding partner of the Firm, André Miranda is responsible for the coordination of public and regulatory areas, especially in the energy, real estate, transport and health sectors.

He has a diverse legal practice with an emphasis in strategic advice to individual foreign, domestic or foreign clients in various areas of law. He also coordinates the Immigration and Nationality Department.

He was Head of the Minister’s Office responsible for Parliamentary Affairs of the XVIII Constitutional Government and Assistant and Head of the Cabinet of the Secretary of State of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers of the XVII Constitutional Government between 2005 and 2010.

Trainer in the areas of legislation and legislative and administrative simplification in Portugal, Mozambique and Angola (2011-2015), both in postgraduate courses and in specialized training courses to senior magistracy and public administration personnel.
