She has over a decade of professional experience in the corporate, commercial, M&A and real estate areas, having accompanied national and international clients from various areas of activity, in mergers and acquisitions, sale and purchase of assets, corporate restructuring and due diligence.

She has extensive experience in assisting real estate transactions, namely structuring investment in Portugal, conducting audits of real estate assets to be acquired and negotiating and monitoring the acquisition.
