Coordinator of the Tax Law Department.

She has extensive experience in advising companies and individual clients on tax matters, with special focus on the following taxes: IRC, IRS, Stamp Duty, IMT, IMI, VAT, Tax Benefits.

It is also worth mentioning her know-how in the scope of corporate reorganizations (in the tax area), domestic and international investment and support to clients in tax inspections and tax litigation matters, as well as support for real estate investment and residency processes in Portugal and abroad.

Teresa is a member of the list of arbitrators of the Administrative and Tax Arbitration Center (CAAD).
