Considering the recent development of the COVID-19 in Portugal and the guidelines circulated by the Portuguese Government and by the General Directorate for Health, Pinto Ribeiro Advogados has decided, hand to hand with the collective effort of the Portuguese people in restricting the spreading of the disease, to implement all measures appropriate to the current context. Alternative means of work will be put in place, such as remote work.

We assure our Clients that they may keep relying on our law firm on a normal and regular assistance basis, as our Lawyers hold all the required technological tools for such purposes. We are very much aware that it is essential, for the general good, that all economic and professional activity keeps its course without being affected by unnecessary disruptions.

In this context, all face-to-face contacts and meetings will be reduced to the strict minimum and alternative means of contact, such as conference call, videocalls and e-mail correspondence will be favored  – using, inclusively, platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp ou FaceTime. Our reception and call center will remain open, although with reduced hours, from 9.30 am to 6 pm.

Lastly, we urge all our Clients and business Partners to join us and, during this difficult period, adopt socially adequate behaviors and follow the recommendations of the health authorities.
