Simão Mendes de Sousa, associate of our public and regulatory team, has just seen his most recent monograph edited by the Almedina Group under the title: “Digital Constitutionalism. An Introduction”.
This monograph corresponds, in essence, to his final report of the research seminar in Constitutional Law, in the PhD course at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon under the supervision of Professor Doctor Vasco Pereira da Silva, who also signs the preface of the work.
