Pinto Ribeiro Advogados advised the operation of integrating Be Chosen into the Talenter Group, through the acquisition of a majority stake.

BeChosen is a field marketing company with more than 15 years of presence in the Portuguese market and which counts as clients some of the main brands in the distribution and services sector in Portugal. With a strong footprint in the areas of recruitment and training, the integration of BeChosen in the Talenter Group allows it to strengthen the supply capacity of this group in the area of outsourcing, alongside the other areas in which it operates, such as recruitment & selection, professional training, temporary work and talent management consultancy.

The Pinto Ribeiro Advogados team was led by its partner João André Antunes, who highlighted the importance that this operation assumes for the two companies taking into account its strong complementarity and the great harmony that exists with regard to their principles and values. “When the parties are as aligned as here, the role of lawyers is even more demanding, since it is upon us the responsibility for ensuring that the will of the parties to close the deal does not override the rigor with which the contracts must translate that will ”says the partner at Pinto Ribeiro Advogados.

This operation also involved lawyers Ana Luísa de Oliveira and Vivian Silva (associate lawyers in the Department of Commercial and Corporate Law).
This operation is part of the Talenter Group’s growth strategy in Portugal, reducing its exposure to market fluctuations and increasing its resilience in the face of the current pandemic context.
